Being happy is not as difficult as it sometimes seems. Sometimes it comes in everyday in its simplist forms. It is facing toward a window where sun shines through and if you turn your back on it you will only see your own shadow. Happiness is as simple as turning around. And perhaps believing that here and now is the best place I can possibly be and
it will only get better. :)
