Never thought this would be so easy to make. One of my favorite Korean food 유부초밥 (Yoo Boo Cho Bob). It's quite different from the ones you get at a restaurant since I put in the brown rice with black beans - just our everyday rice- instead of plein white rice. Even though the brown rice and beans are supposed to make you feel healthier and help you prevent diabetes, I could have used some white rice for this because it would have looked more colorful with yellow and orange sesames. Now they are all buried in the darkness. Anyhow, one bowl of rice makes approx. five pockets. Thus I think this is a great picnic food that is quick to make and quicker to eat up!
